Tying Instructions: 1. Slide cone head on the hook
2. Tie in the marabou tail
3. Strip one side of the spey hackle and eie in the by the tip.
4. Using a dubbing loop dub the entire length of the hook
5. Palmer spey hackle so that it gives a swept back look. Tie off and trim excess.
6. Dub a small amount around the head to make sure the cone head stays in place.
