Tying Instructions: tie on the thread and advance down the shank of the hook to the barb. then tie in the damsel tail. the tail should be twice as long as the hook shank. then fold a strip of foam in half and poke a hole in the center with you bodkin, then slip the eye of the hook through the hole and fold it over the top and bottom side of the hook and tie down the thread to make the head section of the foam. then advance your thread to the middle of the hook and tie in your rubber legs. once you have the rubber legs tied in advance your thread to the bend of the hook and tie down the foam again to make the body section.
