This could actually be called a Santium River Spey. I had tied one of these up before I had seen that pattern (think that's the one I'm thinking of). This is an older picture though, couple years old at least. But found it in an old file and thought I'd post it.

Extra Large Waterproof Fly Box - Slit Foam 7.7" x 4.3" x 1.65" Quality box at a great price. The boxes are indeed large. If you're look for a super-thin box, this one probably isn't for you. GC3769 - Wet Fly & Nymph, 2X Heavy, Sproat bend, Bronze Decent find! Though I've yet to fish with them, these hooks seem well worth the money so far. When tying on them you get plenty of time to look them over and test their strength somewhat.
