Tying Instructions: Start thread on hook and tie in hackle fibers for tail.
Create a body of flat tinsel ribbed with oval.
Tie in hackle fiber on bottom of hook for beard.
OPTIONAL: Tie in a small amount of light colored bucktail for underbody.
Tie in flank feather for wing.
Whip finish and cement.
Go fishing.
