I rigged up a C-clamp from an old vise and attached it to my desk. I then ran the cord from a retractor through it and fitted a barrel swivel to the end of it. Pull the cord over to the poly yarn (tied in forming a loop), then use the rotary function of my vise to wrap my thread and materials on the extended body. Presentation Tips: Best used on still or slow water.
