Hackle: white cock neck feather, pheasant feather -purple Tying Instructions: Tie first pheasant purple feather forming with the base of the feathers the tail. Leave the ends of the feather at the upper side of the hook near the head in up position. Secure in up position forming figure 8 with the thread.
Tie the lame fiber and 2 peacock tail feathers at the back. Tie the peacock feathers around the hook to the hackle. Tie over the lame fibers, leaving at the butt and before the hackle some of the peacock feathers. Tie the white cock neck feather to form hackle. Secure and cement at the bottom.
