Tying Instructions: Thread base. Secure a small clump of golden pheasant for the tail. Tie in a length of red holo tinsel and a peacock strand. Wind the peacock forward. Secure a short distance from the eye. Palmer the red holo tinsel forward to behind the eye. Tie in a small clump of red golden pheasant for the beard (or throat). Finish off head; coat with Hard As Nails (or similar).
