Tying Instructions: 1) Use needlenose pliers and bend about 1/8" of hook shank near the eye downwards about 45 degrees.
2) Wrap shank with thread.
3) Put a bead on each headpin and bend pin right after the bead 90 degrees.
4) The pins will be attached to the hook shank such that the beads are placed just ahead of the bend formed in step #1. Cut the pins so that there is about 1/8" free on the hook shank at the back.
5) Attach the pins to the hook with thread, wrapping firmly and fully. Form figure 8's over the beads to fix them in position.
6) Attach marabou tail, chenille, krystal flash, hackle (base end).
7) Wrap chenille, then extend flash over the chenille to the head and tie off.
8) Palmner hackle.
Presentation Tips: Its a woolly bugger done booby style to provide some movement.
