Hackle: cream from a whitings 100 pack

Tying Instructions: 1. put hook in vice and start thread behind eye
2. work thread to hook bend . tie in the hackle fibers for the tail
3. dub a fine body up to about 1/3 the length of the hook shank behind the eye
4. tie in hackle and wrap foreward
5. tie off and clip excess
6. whip finish and head cement
Presentation Tips: fish it dead drift. add a few twitches if needed
