Stockard store. Tying Instructions: A farily straight-forward pattern, note a couple of different items: 1. After the trailing shuck is tied in, the body is made from a polyester paint brush bristle and wrapped like a quill. 2. The hackle is tied paraloop-style using a stiff thread (like Kevler) as the posting loop and a 2-color hackle (dun and ginger). Presentation Tips: LIGHTLY dress the hackle with floatant, cast and drift as a dry. Fishes well as an emerging midge, color to match local bugs. Rides low in the surface film. | Other Flies Tied by WYKnot
