Hook used: Mustad size 12 nymph Dubbing:STS salmon & steelhead dub Fl. Yellow and FL. Flame and Hot orange blended together by hand. *Materials with links give you direct access to that product at the J. Stockard store. Tying Instructions: Wrap thread to bend and back towards eye. Leave enough room for tying off and doing head. Lay a strip of adhesive lead tape on and make wraps the full length. Place on and tie in the second strip then the third. Wrap thread to bend and tie in a thin strip of nymph skin for tail.Tie in white nymph skin for body. Dubb a body back towards eye. Wrap nymph skin forward and tie off and trim. Dubb in blended dubbing. Make a nice head and whip finish. Cement. Presentation Tips: Ice fishing fly.
