Tying Instructions: Tying approach as the High Tie Technic. With mininal Epoxy works for lighter load.

Non water absorbant, Artificial material like Kinky Fibre would be a delight to cast.

Presentation Tips: Aim is to imitate a Glass Minnow with it's translucent approach.
