Tying Instructions:
Tie in the tail.
Move the thread to the front and tie in the hackle.
Dub your thread and wrap to the tail base.
Wrap your hackle back and tie off with the thread.
Work the thread forward through the hackle to the eye counter wrapping the hackle.
Pull the hair butts down and tie off.
I also add a thin cement to the tail tie in, and the initial hair butt tie in before I form the fly's final head shape and finish.
