Collar: Orvis Hare's Wiggle Dub, picked out
Tying Instructions: This is a fairly new dubbing that has small strands of rubber blended in to it. I love the effect it gives with the rubber strands just dangling about. Hope you do too !
You have to pick them out after dubbing, and trim them a bit to get the right lengths.
Presentation Tips: Fish as an emerging Caddis dead drift and/or swing and rise.
