bead: copper
thread: olive or grey 6/0-8/0
tail: wood duck or mallard
body: thread
wingcase: pearl mylar or flashabou
thorax: grey/olive rabbit dubbing
Tying Instructions: debarb hook, slip on bead and put in vise
start thread behind bead and wrap down towards barb of hook
tie in tail material
make a tapered body with thread
tie in wingcase
dub a fairly thick thorax
whip finish and head cement
