Tying Instructions: Tie in thread.

Wind thread to the back of the hook shank and tie in tail fibers.

Tie in quill.

With the tying thread, make a smooth and tapering underbody.

Wrap quill up the shank, making a trim quill body.

Secure quill, and tie in the pheasant fibers.

Tie in herl, and make thorax.

Pull wingcase over the thorax and secure.

Whip finish and laquer.
