Material List:
Hook; 8-14
Silk; Red
Tail; Cock Pheasant Tail
Rib; Red Silk
Body; Cock Pheasant Tail
Hackle; Cock Pheasant Tail
Head; Red Silk
Tying Instructions: 1. Lay down a layer of thread. Leave a long piece of the silk still on. This will be used as a rib.
2. Tie in some stripped cock pheasant tail fibres.
3. Now catch in some strands of cock pheasant tail.
4. Wind the fibres and then the rib to the eye. Secure.
5. Tie in the hackle beard style. Trim neatly.
6. Whip finish and varnish.
7. Fish with it.
