Tying Instructions: Lay thread base, bring thread back to 2/3's point and tie in rib all the way down to the lower part of the bend. Tie in holographic tinsel and give a few wraps, tie off tinsel. Use thread to build up a caddis shaped body (can also be done with dubbing). Bring thread back to tie in area of the rib, wind rib up with touching turns pretty tightly. Tie off at 2/3 point. Tie in CDC (fairly large and thick, better to have to remove some fibers then not have enough), wrap CDC being careful not to trap any fibers. Tie in pheasant/partridge legs. Tie in mallard/wood duck fibers on top of shank, with curve facing upwards. Tie in peacock herl, wind forward. Whip finish.
Presentation Tips: Chuck it
