Tying Instructions: Typical on the tail and body. Be careful to only wrap wire about 2/3 of the way up the shank to leave plenty of room for the rest of the fly. For the legs, strip the fluff from the bottom of 5-6 starling body feathers and tie in around the shank. Then tie another body feather as a typical hackle. Whip, snip, and fish.
