Thread: Uni 6/0, black
Head: Tungstun bead, 2.3mm, black
Fire Mouth: Sparkle Antron (1/2 Chinese Red / 1/2 Light Yellow)
Body: Solid tinsel chenile, black
Hackle: Hen hackle, black
Tail: Marabou, black / Krystal Flash, root beer
Tying Instructions: Twist an antron strip together with 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow Sparkle Antron (3x diameter of hook)
Tie in the antron strip from 1/8" behind eye forward to eye / clip off antron strip 1/8" in front of eye
Wind thread back to start and whip finish
Put Tungstun bead on de-barbed hook; reversed with large opening facing forward to accomodate the antron strip
Re-attach thread and thread base the hook to the bend
Tie in the Marabou with two strands of root beer Crystal Flash on each side
Tie in the black hen hackle
Tie in the tinsel chenile
Wind the chenile forwards to the head, tie off
Palmer the black hackle forwards to the head, tie off
Finish the fly behind the bead, whip finish 2x
