Tying Instructions: Tied like a basic Woolly Bugger
Put cone on hook, secure hook in vise. Attach thread, wrap 10 wraps of lead. Tie in marabou for tail. Tie in flash over the Marabou about the same length. Tie in wire, tie in hackle, tie in chenille. Palmer Chenille up to cone head, tie off. Palmer hackle in evenly spaced wraps up to cone head, tie off. Counter rib the hackle with the wire and tie off. Tie in Guinea, make 2-3 wraps as a collar and tie off. Whip finish and fish.
