Fly Type: Nymphs,
Target Species: Trout,
Hook: Nymph size 10-20
Tail: Olive/Pearl Krystal Flash
Body: Fl. Chartreuse Flashabou
Thorax: Peacock Herl
Wing Case: Olive/Pearl Krystal Flash
Legs: Olive/Pearl Krystal Flash
Submitted fly weighted with .015 lead wire.
Tying Instructions: 1. Attach thread to hook.
2. Add desired weight.
3. Run thread to back of hook, tie in tail.
4. Wrap body up about 3/4 of the hook.
5. Attach thorax material.
6. Attach wing case, leaving some hanging over the eye of the hook to use for the legs.
7. Wrap the thorax.
8. Pull wing case over the thorax and tie off. Now take the ends hanging over the hook eye and divide into two even amounts. Pull these back along the hook and tie in place.
9. Finish the fly.
Presentation Tips: Nymph style, would work as a good trailer for a dry in searching patterns.
