Tying Instructions: tie the tag first, and continue gold down the entire shank.
Add a both ribs and bind down.
Add blue silk floss down shank. After second turn of silver rib add the spey hackle.
Secure seal fur with purple silk floss.
wrap spey hackle close to oval rib, and reverse wrap silver wire to bind down hackle stem and materials.
Add 1 or 2 turns of teal flank.
Marry blue and white goose and secure.
Add golden phesant crest.
Done.
