After second turn of silver rib add the spey hackle. Secure seal fur with purple silk floss. wrap spey hackle close to oval rib, and reverse wrap silver wire to bind down hackle stem and materials. Add 1 or 2 turns of teal flank. Marry blue and white goose and secure. Add golden phesant crest. Done. Presentation Tips: Generally get hits on the swing with different style.
