Material List:
Tag small oval gold tinsel
Tail dyed red G.P. crest
Body dyed red peacock herl
Ribbing fine red wire
Hackle dyed black pheasant rump
Throat dyed red guinea
Wing 4 red saddle hackles
Eyes 2 J.C. feathers.
Tying Instructions: Tie in tag several turns.
Tie in tail and ribbing.
Tie in peacock herl, I use 3 and spin them and more if req'd.
Tie in black hackle by tip approx 1/3rd down body.
Wind herl to just short of eye and tie off.
Wind ribbing 5 turns and tie off.
Wind hackle next to ribbing and tie off.
Tie in guinea by tip and make 2 turns and tie off.
Select 2 pairs of matching red saddle hackles tie in.
Tie in 2 J.C. optional.
