Black Hackle
Tying Instructions: Start with one hook. Tie in Hackle. Tie in Chenille. Wrap chenille up hook. Palmer hackle up hook. Tie off. Whip Finish. Cement. Thread Mono through the hook eye. take the mono and tie it on to second hook. Repeat the steps with chenille and hackle.
