Downwing-white calf tail with a couple strands of flash

Tying Instructions: Tie in short tail, tie in parachute post. Wrap butt. Tie in peacock and wire. Wrap peacock forward till there is 1/3 hook shank left, tie off but don't cut, leave peacock hanging. Wrap rip forward to same spot and cut. Tie in downwing. Tie in parachute hackle and wrap. Then wrap remaining peacock forward to the head and whip finish.
