Tête: Rouge Tying Instructions: Pretty easy, just tie in the thread and create a small body. Create a loop and insert the three feathers, leave fiber long on one side, remove the feather stem and twist. Add to the hook and cut the bottom short.
I use Mark Petitjean's magic tool to create the dubbing loop. Far easier with it.
