  1. I've used quite a bit of epoxy and this is my experience. I mix only as much as I need for one fly on a piece of paper with a tooth pick. Then I warm it with a desk lamp. Contnue mixing as it is warming and it will start to thin out. As others have mentioned, the warmer it becomes the shorter time you have to work with it. A bit of trial and (in my case a lot of) error, you'll find it's fairly simple. Good luck, ng
  2. Great looking flys Sebastian. They'll work anywhere for salmon or steelhead. Enjoy your trip. Take care, Harris J.
  3. Great looking fly. Am going to try it out on Northern Pike. Take care, Harris J.
  4. A great looking patern. I'll be adding it to my collection.
  5. Was invited to join by my long time friend, Inconnu. It's a great looking forum. I'm looking forward to makeing use of all the information that is offered here. My primary intrest is in fishing for trout, steelhead and salmon, with both fly and spey rods. Altho I've been tieing for a good number of years, there is no doubt I have lots to learn from this site. One thing to note; It would be impossible to live up to any tales Inconnu may volinteer on my behalf. Take care, Harris J
