I must warn you. When i deceided to start tying fully dressed classics and freestyles, i always seemed to have some spare change with me. but now, i never seem to have money. They look nicely made, if you were to add a skirt and mabie some legs, i bet it would look crazy

I am also going to put eyes on them you can't catch a fish without using eyes on your fly

Here are 2 pics of mine. The connection is doubled 20 pound test, i never have a probolom with it getting cut, and f it does get cut, you still have the first half of the fly P.s, i was using an atriculated bunny leach with this connection, and i landed 7 fish, then the day was over, but they were all about 4 pound pike, nothing big.

goin to test it out right now with the eight weight.

Nice, i really like the black clousers, i caught 17 on 2 days, and it was my first pike trip, and it was 105 F. out, so the pike wern't as plentiful as they were when i used to spin fish for them, but that was many many many 2 years ago...

I don't put them up, ellet does, that is why i am having the class live tomorrow. Yea, i noticed that on mine it says clouser, but it is actually this funky little white streamer, trout and small bass go crazy for them!

That makes me feel alot more comfortable, if they can do it in a kayak, i might be able to do it in a 20 foot motorboat. Thanks

Ok, i am going up to AK for the third time the summer of 09'. The first time, i used deep sea, and mostly went for halibut. 2nd, i just fly fished for salmon, and did some downrigging on my 8 wt. Now, i want to try salmon sharks, and halibut on my fly rod. I have some questions. 1. What weight fly rod do you need for salmon sharks? 2. Would 3 years of flyfishing experience be ok. 3. Should i be able to handle it, i will be 16 next summer. 4. Would topwater be best? When i saw them last time, we were in my buddies boat, and we got right in the middle of them.
