I'm trying to find tying instructions for Barr's Meat Whistle and I am not having much luck. I had an old Fly Fisherman magazine that had an article on it, but can't find that either. Can anyone post instructions on how to tie the Meat Whistle and/or tell me what issue the Meat Whistle was featured in Fly Fisherman. Can anyone scan that article and post it somewhere or email it to me? That would be great. Thanks for any help.
