  1. Haven't been around for awhile. Missed the deadline for tying this year. Looking forward to doing some swaps and tying for the 2006 contest. Tight Lines everyone Scott
  2. I know this is a little off topic, but its important and I wanted to post it where a lot of people might see it. Just an FYI for any of you flyfishers who live in Colorado. The New Zealand mud snail has been found in ElevenMile Canyon below the dam. Please remember if you fish this water to clean your waders, boots, net, and anything else that may allow these snails to hitchike, before you fish elsewhere. It would not take much to have these snails in many other waters in CO. Thanks Ruggerboy

  4. Sent mine out last friday so you should be getting them soon. Tied a size 12 parachute yellow sallie. Rugger
  5. I'm game, just give me the details Rugger
  6. I keep trying to post a thank you but for some reason am having no luck. Here goes again. Thanks all who voted really appreciate it, and thanks to Will and everyone else for all their hard work with the contest, great job. I thought all the flies entered were spot on , and had a very difficult time voting. Good job and hats off to everyone Rugger
  7. Mrjim, usually I'll fish that fly behind either an emerger with a little float to it ( i.e. something w/some cdc ) or a nymph. Just have to make sure to get the depth right. Works real good in tandem with an RS2 or Barr's emerger. I've also been tying them with red thread and a silver lined clear bead. Glad you liked them. Rugger
  8. Okay I think I have it now. Will have my flies in the mail tomorrow or wednesday. Everyone's flies that I have seen so far look great.
