Thanks. That varies a lot, from 1 to maby 4 meters. And on top of that there's a lot of weed on the bottom, so finding the right fishing depth can be a little tricky.

The water is very slow. There is an damn just outside the city, which sadly makes it harder for the salmon to get to some of the spawninggrounds.

In storåen in denmark.

Not many People fisk in the town area. Most fisk a couple of kilometers from the city limmit. A lot of the local people Thing the water is dirty and polluted becouse the water is verry dark, due to the fact That Much of the bottom is sand.

A few pictures from My home river storåen, one of the Best salmon rivers in denmark. This wonderful river runs streight through The town of holstebro in the West part of jutland few meters from My house. All the pictures is from within ten minutes Walking distance from My house.
