Brown Drake Emerger

The Fly Tying Bench
While fishing Silver Creek and Swan Falls my Brown Drake emergers they keep sinking on me. I use polyproplene or foam. Is my foam bad? Is my fly to heavy on the shuck. On my shuck I use bucktail. Any ideas for a good brown drake nymph?
