I was one of the others...  I found the original message by clicking on the icon for my account.  It does not show up under messages or on the forum itself.  Go figure.  User error?

  3. Got your Pumpkinseed's in the mail today - nice work!  And thank you for the extra flies!

A couple of things.  Normally on these swaps you are to include a self addressed stamped envelope as well so I can send your flies and nice looking container back to you.  Don't worry I've got some envelopes that I repurpose for these swaps and I'll cover the postage this time - no sweat!

Since you did such a fine job on the flies you've challenged me to get real picky on any constructive feedback!  So here it goes - most of the time I've seen these flies tied the wing is about halfway between the tip of the tail and the back of the hook - these were a little longer - like I said real picky!  In fact, this could be chalked up to a matter of the fly tiers style!  As I said, if I tied these flies, I'd be quite proud of them and I know that they would interest the fish - and THAT's the whole reason we tie these things!

Hope to work with you in the future!  Tight lines.

I am sorry. I'll send the envelop today.  Got excited to have them done.  And I haven't participated in a swap in years. Thanks
