yea i am going to pick up a little 3 wt for the gills and brookies this year i bought a lil 2wt for gill fishing and last week i had a lil gill on and ended up catching a 4.56 lb bass. nice that had to be a hell of a fight! just landed my 1st rainbow trout and it was on my 1st home made fly here is a underwater action shot bad photo but still kinda cool looking That underwater shot is cool. What camera are you using? pentax w90 http://www.pentaximaging.com/digital-camera/Optio_W90_Black/ works great for fishing, atv riding its bomb proof, has a fantastic macro mode and great panoramic photos & HD video I really beat this camera up and never have had any issues with it. only down fall HORRIBLE LOW LIGHT PHOTOS night photos that are not close suck. here is a better underwater photo from this morning before work

cool well let me know when you are in town. I only live about 15-20 minutes from lapeer. I ll take you out one day if you like small mouth fishing we can hit up the flint river about every other cast you can land a smallie, or if you have a 9-10wt we can get you hooked on some carp that will test your might.

what lake you fishing? find the weed beds and you will find the pike throw the flies towards shore over the weeds and you will hook up no problem
