  1. One of the flies i tied at the BFFI at the weekend. Great for washing line fishing or fished on a Di7 deep and slow. Thanks for Looking Andy
  2. I use my Canon 450d or the newer 550d. With a 50mm 1.8 lens and a macro filter
  3. Just a few more salmon and sea trout patterns to get those fish biting! Peter Ross Variant Alexandria Variant Blue and Silver Willie Gunn Double Orange & Yellow Shrimp Shrimp Pattern Ice Maiden Thanks for Viewing Andy
  4. Yeah i agree. I cant tie the realistic patterns but if i am honest i dont want to as i know fine well they wont catch fish compared to one tied with simpler materials.. But i have to give respect to the people who create them as they are works of art.. Andy
  5. Sometimes i think the more simple flies are the most successful and flies nowadays can really be just too complicated. I am guilty of this alot of the time also. These flies are just seriously simple and will catch fish just as well as flies that have taken twice as long to tie and have twice the amount of materials. 7. Decided to tie a selection of grayling bugs using modern materials as most of the previous flies i have tied have been relatively normal. I used these patterns before the weather got to cold last year and caught over 40 fish in 2 sessions..
