This fly always produces for me when fishing gets slow. hook: 10-12 streamer thread: 6/0 chartrusse body: sparkle braid,fl.chart/pearl back and tail: white bucktail,midge flash eyes: dumbbell chartrusse (1/60 oz.) Fishes upside down from how it is pictured.Kind of a cross between a clouser minnow and a nymph.
  3. Hi Mark, Nope different guy!! Thanks for the suggestion...I am always tinkering with hackle size but like the way it floats.
  4. hook: 14-16 dry body: dunn superfine dubbing hackle: metz brown butz thread: 140 black ultra tail: brown hackle fibers Fairly simple and lightly dressed dry that floats high and catches trout.
