I'm new to fly tying and I'd like your thoughts. Have any of you purchased or seen fly tying kits available for purchase? Is this common? Do you have any thoughts on what types of tying materials would be included in a kit? This would be for a beginner of course thanks

I'm curious as to which portion of the hen most of you get the hackles from for something such as the body hackle on the woolly bugger. Does it vary a lot from person to person or is there a major trend? thanks, Derek

Has anyone used pseudo marabou? If so, did it work well? How did it tie? Does it move well in the water?
