Sub for snowshoe rabbit foot fur

What do you think of seal fur or p b underfur as a substitute in the pattern The. usual? (can’t seem to find my rabbits feet)

i think in a pinch, i'd use calf tail for the tail and wing and seal fur for the body

polar bear is too precious to waste

I agree with flytire, and probably mix in some undefur with the seal

Nice one Vladimir!! Just so happens that this morning I was out for a walk and a snowshoe rabbit made the mistake of thinking I hadn't seen him - so I invited him home for dinner and we will be tying flies together as well. :-) Thanks for posting - added this pattern to the "to be tied" list!
