Fry Flier 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2006 What are you using it in/on?
Joe Hard 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2006 Glad Press'N' Seal then coat it with flexament, or simmilar. It all depends on what you are going to use it for. Cut a peice to the size you will need, then roll it like a smoke. Trim the excess, then coat it with a sealant

Joe Hard 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2006 The Press'n' Seal will work perfect. Cut a small strip and wrap it up tight, then coat it. Even S.H. hard as nails will work. You could just coat the frayed ends with a sealant. I usually place a very small drop of Crazy Glue, Loctite, or Zap-A-Gap on a bodkin and work it arround the connection. Things like pliobond, no knott sense, etc. (I think that is what they are called) will also do the trick. I dont like putting a flame near my flyline either. It never seems to fail that something goes wrong, so when I do use a loop I glue it and trim the frayed ends.
