I think Frödin made a DVD about tying temple dog/ scandinavian style tube flies? One point that I can tell you is to put the cone on after you have build up the fly... keep posting more tubes... A tip in securing the wing & covering the bindings is; prior to tying in the hair, start the hackling behind the tie-in point of each of the hair wing sections, then reverse-tie in the wing. Next, pull back the wing & bind it down, then bring the hackle forward and wrap it in front of the wing section. Continue this procedure with each of the successive wing sections. Hope that helps.
