FlyFisher09 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2004 I'm no expert on flies like this, but what if you invert the hook. The bend of the hook would give a bend in the body. This way you don't even need an extended body. The hook point is also less visible. Plus, with a parachute hackle, it makes the fly float very realistically on the water.
