flykid 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 My top 3 would be in no particular order... an Adam's, a size 6 or 8 black wooly bugger, and maybe a prince nymph.
Arkansas Mike 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 Unweighted hare's ear nymph. Probably in a #14. Can't believe this one hasn't been taken yet. I know; I'm surprised. What's the old adage? "When In doubt, fish a hare's ear". No fair, flykid. One fly. :j_k:

troutguy 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 If this were a contest to catch largest trout - size 6 or 8 muddler minnow (not the clean prissy tie but the raggedy sculpin looking) I could weight it and fish weight or fish even as a dry. Would be my choice even if no contest. Next choice partridge and red size 12.
