fly- big woolly bugger [minimum of 3 inches ]

Due date april 20th

12 tyers including myself, all tyers get one of theirs back.

please add type and color [ such as bead head, cone, rubber legged , lead eyed,electric,bi colored].

That's a big fly, but I can do that. I recently tied a fairly conventional bugger at about 3.5 inches plus the tail. I would go to conehead though. Count me in if you get takers... I missed a swap recently, but I can do this, and have the materials on hand. I will go brown, with a conehead.

Here's my prototype Polaris Missile Bugger. It's tied on a Mustad 3576B size 2. That's a 3.5 inch hook shank.

Only have 5 darn.

 

The largest hook I can find on my bench is a 2. I know I bought some 2/0's, but I can't seem to find them. I was looking forward to tying a froggy bugger.

:) I am kind of attached to it, actually. It's a really nice series 1928 I got in circulation.

i am asking for 3 inch minimum flies, not necessarily 3 inch hooks . but what ever hook you use its up to you. rich mc
