chugbug27 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2018 The flows on the Owens in the Eastern Sierras finally were brought back down after about a year of flood control, middle of January, so I had to go up. Tied a bunch of bwo patterns, but the hatches were slim. Finally changed over to midges, and presto chango, turned a skunky trip into a nice one. Nothing huge, but still happy.
