flytyinfreak 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2013 I just launched a new site www.westernflycompany.com Who ties your flies? Flies for a $1.75? REALLY? I could never compete with that. I sell my flies for a minimum of $2.00 Steelhead flies go for 5> with a minimum order of 20. You know why? So I can afford to justify my tying and because I tye a quality fly. Guys like you are, well Im not gonna say it but you get the idea. So tell us oh wise one, what third world country supplies your flies?

Yes, my prices are low because I'm just trying to get the business up a going. I can afford to sell at those prices for two reasons. 1) I have a day job that makes the mortgage payments 2) I have accounts with several wholesale suppliers so I don't pay retail.
