i_love_rush_and_ledzepp 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2013 before putting the hook in the vice thread the bead on the hook Do u glue it on?
riffleriversteelheadslayer 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2013 no once it is threaded on the hook take a couple wraps of lead free wire around the hook shank right behind the bead and jam it up inside the bead it will hold it on then tie your fly
Istripbuggers 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2013 No glue just slide it on start your thread and build up your thread behind the bead to keep it place, but you dont really need a bead on that fly just a matter of preference for its sink speed. good luck and have fun!
