Not bad! The one improvement would be to use an even finer thread. 70 denier is about 8/0. For a size 20, a 12/0 or 14/0 (Veevus, Gordon Griffiths, Benecchi - if you can find it) would look a little better.

Finally caught a fish with my flies this afternoon. Actually caught 2.

 

 

Way to go Steve!!!!!

 

I am still in the learning phase for fly tying and can't wait until I finally catch a trout on a fly I tied!!!!

Thanks caught 8 more today on the same fly. 7 rainbows and 1 nice brown. I checked it at the end of the day and the wire started coming loose. So I landed 10 total and lost only 2. Not too bad. I guess they dont last forever. I love fishing the SOHO.
