Guest Report post Posted November 20, 2003 Here are a couple of Tuna pics.. I went out with a spin caster and Did not fly fish but we caught these on short heavy guage spinning rods with 30 pound mono and 60 pound shock tippets..... Fish were around 60 and 75 pounds. 45 minutes to 1 hour to bring them in. BTW.. I always practice Catch and release..but we kept these two.... made 25 tuna steaks out of one and fed the neighborhood.
