Dubs 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2016 I had the rare opportunity to cast to rising steelhead today... they did not accept the dries I threw, though my on hand selection was slim. Still have not got one on a dry. I saw one insect flying above the water and this is much closer than the BWOs and stuff i had.
